Utilize GAAP to oversee preparation of periodic consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, statement of income, statement of retained earnings, and statement of cash flow;

Analyze complex financial information and documents to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities, and to assess for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with reporting and procedural standards;

Responsible for computing taxes owed and prepare corporation, payroll, and sales tax returns, ensuring compliance with all payment, reporting, or other tax law requirements;

Perform in-depth examination of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenue and expenses or to provide financial advice;

Develop and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports comparing budgeted to actual costs;

Formulate and implement accounting systems and processes;

Provide advice regarding finances, resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecasts; and
