Analyze management and operational problems of human resources, and conceptualize and define problem.

Evaluate strategic workforce development plan to ensure successful implementation of current and long-term expansion strategies.

Measure effectiveness of HR strategies on operations and distribution processes.

Participate in HR application projects and advise in the development of business processes and procedures.

Prepare HR reports to management defining problem, evaluation and possible solution.

Ensure HR strategies are aligned to support business strategies and objectives.

Use software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements: MA in Business Administration or Human Resources plus 2 yrs exp in job offered or in HR Management position.
